After I pay, when do you start to powerlevel?

Can I play with my character while leveling?
ANSWER: We recommend you do not. But if you want, please contact the live-help at any time, we stop level for a while. When you are in game, please don’t take away or sell the gold and equipment. they are necessary to leveling. After you leave the game, don’t forget to inform us. We’ll go on leveling immediately.
What do you do if someone sends a tell to my character?
ANSWER: Normally we will respond as if/DND when another player sends you a message, however if a GM message you we will say hello to him or her. We can respond in any way you like though. How do I pay with my credit card without using Paypal?
